Parameters

$sObject	Objekt von _FFObjGet DOM-Element DOM-Element Abk�rzung DOM-Element mit Attribut und Wert
$sAttrib	(Optional) Attribut des Elements
$vValue	(Optional) Wert des Attributes

Return Value

Success:	Returns 1
Failure:	Returns 0 and sets @ERROR
@ERROR:	0 ($_FF_ERROR_Success) 4 ($_FF_ERROR_InvalidValue) 8 ($_FF_ERROR_NoMatch)
